CANCELLATION POLICY

Hi friend, I just want to say thank you for choosing me! I completely understand if you have the need to cancel, things come up. I will work with you if you should need to cancel for an emergency. However, as a reminder, my cancellation policy is listed below. Any appointments canceled with less than 48 hours of notice will incur a charge of 50% of the service that you are scheduled for. For guests who "No Show" of cancel their reservation the day of, you will be charged for the full amount of the service you were scheduled for. Any type of cancellation charges must be paid in full prior to any follow-up reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
